Controller Repair Surrey

Stick repair from £25

Stick drift, worn analogue sticks and button faults repaired on PlayStation DualSense and Xbox controllers — in person in Surrey or by post.

WHAT WE REPAIR

  • Analogue stick drift
  • Broken or worn analogue sticks
  • Stick module replacement
  • Button faults and unresponsive buttons
  • Trigger faults
  • Charging faults where repairable
  • Controller servicing

Stick repairs start from £25 depending on the controller and how many sticks need replacing. Anything outside that is quoted after assessment — contact us for a quote. Some faults, such as heavy liquid damage or cracked housings, may not be economically repairable; we'll tell you honestly if that's the case.

HOW STICK DRIFT HAPPENS

Analogue sticks use small potentiometers that wear over time. As they wear, the controller reads movement when the stick is at rest — your character drifts, aim pulls to one side or menus scroll on their own. Replacing the stick module addresses the worn part rather than masking it with deadzone settings.

Bring your controller to the Surrey workshop, or send it in with your console if it's already coming to us.
